I just realized this it for July month done and time to review where I am on my July goals. Well I think I did fairly well managed to stay in range the whole month Average weight for the month ended up to be 137 on target!
Still working on BF% measurements pretty much the same as from beginning of the month missed a couple of workouts due ot illness and today had ot take tyson to the vet in as emergency he was sick Started the month jogging at park but got way to hot with to much humidity so I had ot bring it indoors More aware of those NSV this month Still need ot work on that emotional eating be more constructive rather destructive
I will rate July as a B+
1 Need to concentrate on my running next 5K is Sept 14th and I want a better time then my race in June
2 Strength training is a must if I want to lower body fat % 4 times a week 2 total body and 2 concentrating on my core.
3. Continue to track nutrition and stay in range 5 out of 7 days Now with the new setup on food track and fitness tracker linked its very important to get this down pat.
4. Maintain my weight with in range using the 3% method 132.9 to 141.1
