So I guess I have to be pretty religious about tracking because when I do track my food and actually think about what I'm eating I seem to have a hard time hitting the lowest mark on my tracker (for calories). I think it may be that I'm being overly cautious because I want this weight to come off so bad. I know I need to get more healthy food in the house and remember to actually cook/eat it.

I feel really good about my choices today. We went to Red Lobster for dinner and I got the ultimate feast (I REALLY wanted crab legs and lobster). Even though I let myself have one of their biscuits and a few french fries I still stayed well within the limit for the day.

My workout was great and I feel energized!

Great job on going to RL and only having one biscuit. Those are so hard to resist.
I know for me - tracking is key. But I need to track as I go - I usually end up tracking at the end of the day/day later and realize I've over eaten!
