Hanging in there

Wednesday, July 31, 2013

I am exhausted.
I walked today at the hospital.
I also made sure I ate lunch and supper, and breakfast. and one snack.

My husband is about the same, running a fever 101 to 102.

I have lots of prayer warriors surrounding him.

My faith and prayer sustain me.
That is victory.

Today my fused cervical spine is very painful. I am sure my posture, and stress are what are making it so severe.
I stayed at the hospital from 11 til about 3:30.
came home and slept a couple hours.
So tired.
Keep falling asleep at the keyboard.
Going to go in my chair and chill out.

Thank you for the ongoing prayers for my husband, and for me.
Faith is a major part of my healthy life style.
Today it was a victory that I made sure I ate, and am taking time for me.

Its very important you take care of yourself as there is nothing you can do for your husband except pray for him..

I'm glad that you are working on taking care of yourself, you are very important and you can't help to take care of your husband if you're not well. I'm sure you know that and hear it often from others, but it is true, keep telling yourself that you are important and very special!
