OK, it's a silly thing I found in Women's World magazine, and I know it breaks every sensible Spark Rule out there. But I have two reasons for doing this anyway. One, I'm back up to 148 lbs
and I'm not happy about it. I need to do SOMETHING to get back on track, so I thought I'd give this a try. But the other reason is really more important - my daughter Margaret had to have jaw surgery yesterday, to straighten a crooked lower jaw. Her braces can't do that. So, poor thing, she's in so much pain and she can't eat any solid food for 2 weeks
, and even then it's soft foods only! So for the next few days she's on clear liquids, then she can have blended drinks. And I'll be right there with her! Yeah, that's the real reason - and if I lose 5-6 lbs doing this, well SWEET!
