July Fitness Minutes: 3080
1) Eat clean (whole foods, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, lean protein).
2) Keep the streak alive.
3) Lose 5 pounds.
Well, I did manage to lose 5 pounds this month so yippy for me! I'm a bit inflated on the scale at the moment due to an overindulgent weekend in NY but I feel comfortable claiming the 5 pound victory regardless. I ate very clean for the first 20 or so days of the month and then fell apart a bit due to a combination of TOM and travel. But I still paid close attention to my diet and primarily ate well. As for my little streak, it met with an untimely end. But I'm back on the horse, nursing a vulnerable little 3 day streak that I hope to see grow strong and mighty.
