I need to regroup (Isn't that my middle name?). I got off track in July after losing a few pounds in the first 30 days.
August is my time to renew and refocus. I'm 95 days away from the Willis Tower climb. I know it will be much easier to accomplish if I can lose a few pounds before then.
During the month of August my main 4 goals are to
1. Walk 75 Miles
2. Spin at least 12 times
3. Climb the Swallow Cliff Stairs once a week.
4. Pyramid ST routine three times a week
At the end of the month I can reevaluate and see where I need to make adjustments.
