I have been walking with Leslie Sansone the last two weeks. I seen some pictures of myself and don't like it. I am current 176 lbs. I want to break this. Seen the Extreme Weight Loss show and it got me motivated. I can do this and I will. emoticon emoticon

    Walking with Leslie is great. It helps me. I don't like any of my pictures and really need to see if I can get a new, updated one. The one I have on SP is 3 years old already. If you find some motivation, please send some my way!

    Before I started having hip problems due to cancer, I used Leslie Sansone's workouts a lot! They are fun and they do burn calories, and it didn't feel like a "chore" to workout. Doing them also motivated me to do more walking outdoors also.
