I love the nutrition tracker. It's made me so aware of what I'm really putting in my body. Even if something says it's low fat or low calorie doesn't mean it's good for you. I realized today as I was making a sandwich that food doesn't have the same hold over me as it used to. I would always give into my cravings and felt like I could never overcome them. I couldn't eat any sandwich that wasn't covered in mayo. Gross I know, but I used to love it! I haven't eaten it for over a week and just use extra mustard instead. That was one thing I didn't think I'd be able to give up at lunch time, and I no longer have the desire to touch the stuff. Junk food just doesn't have the same appeal to my anymore, and I couldn't be happier!
