So I have been "working" on losing weight and getting in shape, but I've yet to get into a good routine. I've been letting life get the best of me. I've been stuck at 146 for about 2 months now, and I'm frustrated, but not giving up.
I want to start off August strong, and I want to lose 10 lbs by the end of the month. I am starting today, a day early. I want to commit to 5 days a week of cardio and at least 3 days a week of strength training. I'm also going to restart my push up and sit up apps again.
Eating hasn't been Terrible per say, but hasn't been great either. I've also decided no alcohol for August. I want to stick to my calorie goal, and start losing weight again.
Bootcamp is coming up fast, and could be moved up even sooner, so its time to kick it into gear and get off my butt!
