Fabulous Abs Challenge!

I have committed to completing this challenge, of 30 days. Easy Peezy. :-/ It looks to be a definite challenge, but I'm up to the cause! BEGINNING TODAY! I am going to note each day after I complete my workout how it made me feel and my progress. I will also note if I notice any changes physically-and will be posting before and after photos :D
