My new challenge: JOY!

Wednesday, July 31, 2013

So my friend Khary started doing life coach, Mei Mei Fox's 40 Days of Finding Joy in your Everyday Life. Here is the link of the original post.

It has been so much fun watching Khary post and tweet about his experience. It's been so great that Mei Mei wrote another article, just about him! Here's that link:

My school year begins next week. I always start out very motivated but the stress of so much often grinds me down over time. I've decided to start the list now and then re-do it as the year progresses.

Feel free to follow me on twitter dianitahardy as I do this. Mei Mei and Khary's twitter's are also easy to find.

Here are my first two days:

33. Get Rid of Stuff

I put together two massive piles, one for Goodwill and one for a newly married couple.

13. Sing Out Loud

Singing with my boo John Legend to his jam, "Ordinary People" (no the car was not in motion).

Feel some joy and join the movement! #40DaysofJoy. If you tweet me and are a sparker, #SP. You will hear from of other joy advocates, I guarantee it!

For me, this journey coincides greatly with my weight loss and desire for better health. Feeling happier and more content with myself will only make everything better.

    Sounds like a plan!
And it will be fun! I am going to learn to play like a child again. That is my goal, for this year.
    Bless you
