****30 DAY CHALLENGE****
1. blog progress/setbacks
2. drink water EVERY DAY not just weekdays.
3. Avoid alcohol like the plague
4. better balance on veggies over fruits
5. lean meats & protein galore.
6. ABSOLUTELY NO GLUTEN.
7. log calories
8. Run once/week
(Ok, time seems to be DRAGGING now!!!) I did feel very devil-may-care last night, and I did NOT log my calories (maybe i'll go back in and do that today) but I did manage to keep it together pretty well. Fortunately I am still in the frame of mind to steer very clear of gluten and processed foods, so the cookies & crap I keep on hand for the family didn't tempt me at all. Now, if I'd had some gluten free brownies....hoo boy, I would have eaten the whole pan.
TMI alert here, but coincidentally, my handy dandy My Days app tells me it is ovulation time, so no wonder i feel "off" (less confident in my body, craving chocolate & sugary stuff, a little heavier than normal). Nothing to do about it but plod through. I do have two classes today (already did my Sentao combo class....and sweat up a STORM. Yowza) so I'll be more likely to drink TONS of water, and will feel good about the calories burned.
I sure do wonder where summer went. The weather here has been COLD and damp. Not that this made my boss turn up (or off) the air: I'm sitting here in my office wrapped in a blanket AND wearing my winter coat over it!!!! A very professional look, this.
