My Motivation for Today

I have been more mindful in my eating. But emotional eating is still hard to stop.

I am drinking my water and getting fitness minutes in. I am happy with my progress until now, but want to lose a little more. I need to remember, that my clothes fit, I am feeling so much better. Slow progress is progress.

    Great Motivation. Yes we do tend to forget that slow is good!! What a reminder to keep on even at a slow and steady pace. Thanks.

    I recently heard what was revolutionary for me: instead of eating my feelings or distracting myself from bad feelings, feel my feelings. Now when I go for some munchies I ask myself what I really need and what I am feeling. Usually, for me, the answer is I need sleep. Anyway, that is my story.

Great job on what you have accomplished and keep up the self examination.
