Wow, what an inspiration!
This woman is a workout machine! She looks stunning.
Lessons from this episode:
1) This woman BURNED calories. She pushed herself to the limit at EVERY single workout. It makes me think of my own occasional workouts: it takes a while to get my heart going, I don't sweat much and it's over in 40-60 minutes. This woman is powerful: running inclines, lifting weights, boxing. THAT will get results, not the half-hearted punch in/punch out of the gym and maybe muster a few beads of sweat.
2) Short-term goals: this is a given.
3) Healthy diet: another given.
What I mostly took away from this episode is what a workout looks like that produces weight loss. I need to rethink my exercise plan!
