Today was another freggie-filled day! I only have 2,500 steps today and it's already 8:30 pm. However, I did complete Day 2 of my weight training!
3 x 12:
Wide grip lat pulldowns, 70#
One arm dumbbell row, 15#
Standing dumbbell curl, 15# x 2
Dumbbell preacher curl, 15#
Bent over 2 arm dumbbell row, palms in, 15#
Narrow grip lat pulldowns, palms in, 70#, 1 set
My arms were wasted once I got to the last lift!
