Tuesday..the fun keeps coming...NOT!

Tuesday, July 30, 2013

I am trying to meet these challenges head on but it is getting harder.

Today my doctor's office calls to tell me to redo my mammo on one side. My state of calm is seriously being tested...

Rest of the day was good..ate healthy, took Zumba class(almost calmed me down), and Steve took me out for dinner.

Thanks for listening...trying to not worry. It's difficult to stay strong for oneself. I will keep the faith..

Whew! What a worry, glad you had your fears alleviated, I had to go back 3 times in one year, and one was cuz I had just moved there and they didn't have a baseline, the second, showed everything ok, and the third I did skip, that was just overkill. Now, with no doc, I have one booked for Dec. and have to find other ways to manage my own health care...
Take deep breaths.

thanks for the support! Today I had four pix of the left one and then an ultrasound. It was fast and everyone was supportive. The radiologist was satisfied with the new pictures and the ultra sound but I need to go back in six months, not a year.

I am relieved but also determined to increase anti inflammatory food in my diet!

I went through this a couple of years ago also and everything was just fine. Good luck!

Better safe than sorry. I went through this two years ago. They saw something suspicious and had to do three mammos on my left side. Then a sonogram--at least there is no squishing involved in that one! Turns out it was a benign cyst.

Hope all goes will with your prognosis. Keep your chin up--this too shall pass.

Sorry you have to go through this again. I know the feeling, I had calcifications and they did a biopsy. It is annoying but sometimes the second look is better it was for me and I hope it is that way for you my Dear friend.

HUGS and more HUGS , Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
