Monday began well.
I made a trellis and had herbed cottage cheese with pretzels for breakfast.
I had some brown basmati rice and leftover grilled mushrooms and tofu for lunch.
Then I ate a bunch of chips and tomatillo salsa and then pretzels and horseradish. And cheese. Watermelon and chocolate also. Not the most balanced dinner.
Did some yardwork on Monday. Count it as 1 hour?
Tuesday I had edamame and cabbage salad for breakfast. Eaten aboard a commuter rail train.
Had a turkey burger and sweet potato fries for lunch,
Then some apps at a reception counted as dinner.
Finished the watermelon (and had a little cheese) after returning home.
Some walking (40+min) and much standing at a convention.
No food pics since Monday, will get back to that tomorrow.
