Today was alright.
I only went jogging for 20 minutes this morning, but hey that's better than nothing! Whenever I wake up early for exercise (like at 4:30am), I think it's funny how I finish my workout before most people wake up. Especially when most of those people won't do anything active all day.
Food was not too great, but not absolutely horrible at all. I've been losing weight overall, which is good.
