I just realized I'm not going to have an "un-busy" day again until next Monday! Mostly summer fun, but that's exhausting. Excited!
I took the plunge and ordered the Jillian Michaels 30-day shred. My circuit training in July has gone really well, so I'm looking forward to a shorter workout and a new challenge. Change is good.
After 2 days of weirdly little eating, I thought today was the one to get me back on track, only to eat to the opposite extreme instead! Haha that's what dinner at Pizza Hut and no tracking ahead will do. I knew that second slice of pizza was probably going to put me over! When we go to that restaurant, we always do the salad bar and eat pretty heavily from it before the "main event."
I think I'll probably not worry about it though, it was a really active day! Tomorrow will be too, hopefully I stick to my plan a little better though. Definitely finishing July strong though, so happy about that! A third of the way through my third month, and still chugging along. Keep going.
