Well, my original idea of blogging my meals with pictures is simply not practical right now. It takes a lot of time away from spending time with my son. So I am going to make my tracker public and make a goal of writing a blog entry at the end of everyday highlighting what I felt my strengths/weaknesses were during the day among other things.

So, here it goes:

I didn't eat as well as I wanted to today, but I didn't just eat what I wanted (donuts and pizza). I think I did well for breakfast (though I don't have any fruit in the house at the moment or that would have had berries too). I didn't eat lunch because I was sleeping while Sebastian napped. I nearly with my snack, but instead of having 3.5 servings of mac and cheese (I seriously was thinking about eating a whole box) I ate a can of peas. I love peas and I'd rather over-indulge on something like that.

I gave in to a craving again at my next snack, but made sure to eat less than my normal.

My dinner wasn't what I had planned, but I fell and REALLY hurt myself this afternoon and couldn't stand long enough to cook it, so I just needed to do something quick.

Exercise wise I didn't get in the 30 minutes I wanted cause I was planning on doing it after Sebastian went to bed, but I need to stay off my leg at the moment or I'll have to cancel the workout with my trainer tomorrow.

All in all, I think I'm headed in the right direction, but there is DEFINITELY a lot of room for progress.
