Oh man. Trying to stay on a clean diet to minimize my bloat this week. I'm headed to a concert this Friday, and I bought a midriff-bearing top to wear to it. This is something I never do because I'm pretty insecure about my midsection, but it'll only get worse with age - might as well flaunt it while it's 21 years young!
So anyways, I'm trying to focus on lean proteins (egg whites, pea protein), no salt (sorry, refried beans!), and water-containing veggies (cucumbers, celery, romaine, kale). It's proving a challenge, but I really want to look my best!
Also doing some core work every day to try to undo the damage a few months has done - or at least minimize its appearance.
