For the month of July I participated in two challenges that were put up on a Facebook group I belong to. One was a squat challenge and the other was an ab challenge. Today I will do 250 squats to complete that challenge and 175 bicycles to complete the abs challenge. It has been truly amazing, terrifying, difficult and oh so rewarding.
Now for August I am going to work on the 'guns' with an arm challenge
Challenges really help me to focus, wish me luck with this one.
