I got a little bored with my workouts - I started getting distracted and I noticed my excitement lessening. So I changed things and opted for a longer 15 minute total body workout every other day. I also started to walk more throughout the day and it's helped reinvigorate me. I'm able to get off the train and take a longer walk to and from work and take a 20 minute walk at lunch. It really helps break up my day and improve my mood. It feels good!
