That is the question. I think it could be the thing for me but I'm not sure. If you have one what do you think of it? Also I can't figure the difference between a Fitbit One and the Fitbit Zip.
I can't even tell you all how terribly embarrassed I am that I'm up to 167 pounds. I went inactive during the Spring to Summer 5% Challenge because my son was getting very sick. He is better now but he had to do two overnight hospital stays and the lack of sleep was causing me to make the worst food choices ever. I mean I just eat junk when I don't sleep. So I'm resolving to get more sleep because I've realized how important it is to my goals. I need to deal with stress better too. I mean reaching for the nearest box of cookies clearly isn't working.
