Spark Coach today talked about moderation. I know I do not over do it with exercise, I am just following Sparkpeople's 28 day bootcamp dvd at the moment. Today is the 12min cardio burst, so nothing too major. As for food, I am up and down and have the mindset of bad/evil foods. I need to clear the "cache" so to speak and realize that all foods have a place in a healthy living plan. The McDonalds I ate yesterday for lunch would not be bad but a treat. So that is what I am going to work on for August as part of the healthy reboot along with drinking more water!
