So proud of myself for sticking with my weight loss plan for 7 whole days. I have a boost of self-confidence that wasn't there before I started. Before, I used to make all these excuses, and say things to myself like, "I've tried to lose weight before and it didn't work. What's the use of even trying? I'm stuck at this weight." Now, I'm telling myself, "If I hit a plateau again, I will know what to do to modify my plan and keep moving on." And, I actually lost three pounds this week!
