I am taking the leap with the August Challenge of "Back On Track!" It might be the boost I need to get into Fall (which is my favorite of all seasons). The Back On Track Challenge is to try to make every day in August a day I am proud of for eating right and getting that exercise euphoria!! I CAN DO THIS!!
I love how I feel when I have accomplished a good day! When I have followed my meal plan, when I have completed that walk or run, and feel really good about it. When I'm well rested and can get through my work day without that "pick-me-up" that is usually chocolate.
There is no defeatist attitude allowed here. If one day does not go well, onto the next! See how many days in August I can post #backontrack. I have 31 opportunities!! I'm up for the challenge!
