Small speed bump

I realized that taking Skinny Fiber was not a miricle majic weight loss pill, and I got my proof last week. I hardly exercised and ate crap and surprise, surprise, I gained back the 3 pounds I lost the previous week.

I always knew I had to put in the work to get results and last week proved it. The good news is after only one day of working out and really paying attention to what I eat, I have already lost 2 of those 3 pounds, which tells me it was only water weight.

So now going forward, it is back to doing the work. I guess now I have more motivation to work out more and really watch what I eat. I am still going to keep taking the Skinny Fiber, but now I know that if I want the results I still have to do the work.

I also read the issure of Runners World yesterday that was dedicated to the Boston Marathon. Now I really want to run Boston. So that is my new long term goal. I will take me a couple years and a lot of work. Right now I am running 15 min miles, and I need to cut that down to 8 min miles in order to qualify for Boston. I've got my work cut out for me, put I know that I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. And not only that, but I lost a lot of weight the last time I trained for a marathon!!!

Boston here I come!!!!!

    Wow! Boston? That is a helluva goal. You go! Run on! I don't think that I could ever do that. I am training for a half in Sept and that is about as far as I think I will go.
