I realized last week that I will probably not reach my goal of 130# and that is okay. My doctor is happy with my weight being around 140# and I am happy if it is less than 140#. People say I'm "thin" at this weight, and I am noticeably thinner than I was. My clothes fit well and I feel good.
I've begun walking with my Schnauzer puppy. We started with a mile and will work our way up from there. It is good for both of us, as well as my husband and his old German Shepherd. I do walk a lot in my work and those days we don't walk. During the summer I don't work much, so a very early morning walk is a good start to the day.
