Trying to get back on track

Vacation is now over and it's back to the real world for this girl. I did well with my workouts, but the food was a definite issue for me while being away for 11 days. There were definitely more than a couple days where I went over my calorie range. It is just so much easier for me to control what I am putting in my body when it is just me.
I have a feeling this week's weigh in will be a little sad for me, but I just need to push through and hope that I will at least maintain what my weight was before I left. If I can do that I will be happy. In the mean time, I am just going to get back on point for my food and continue on my work outs. It's back to basics for this girl!
