Day one ---- Good

I did good yesterday. All day until about an hour before bed but even eating 5 cookies I was under my calories. I actually went to the gym yesterday too. First time back in about 2 or so weeks. If I can just keep this momentum up things will hopefully fall into place.
I am off to the gym again today (my lunch break) we have a gym here in the building, then veggies and humus for lunch. Day two ... so far so good.
