Great day yesterday ! I stuck to my eating plan, ate no junk food and no sweets! I thought about having some yogurt for dessert after dinner but I wasn’t hungry. I decided to “listen to my body not my mind” and skipped the yogurt. Good choice. There’s no reason to eat something if I’m not really hungry.
In addition to eating healthy all day I also got extra exercise in, just because I felt like it ! WOW !! I surprised myself with all I did, spread throughout the day – elliptical/gazelle (10" before breakfast), upper body strength exercises in and out of the pool, swimming, an ABBA walk, and some wii tennis Amazing !
I had a lot of pain yesterday, more than usual, but I decided to Just Do It anyway. There’s no point in babying myself, the pain will never go away. I cannot sit around doing nothing because I’m in pain. If I do that then that’s all I’ll do – sit around. Time to step it up and Go For It.
My attitude was much better yesterday, not sure why, but I’ll take it. I’m feeling pretty good today as well, partly the result of such a good day yesterday. I think the 10” elliptical/gazelle in the morning before breakfast (I've been doing that for the past week) is having a positive effect in more ways than one – jumpstarts my metabolism, my motivation, my mood, and loosens my joints a bit.
