Quality of Sleep-1.5 (Rollin' on 4.5hrs of sleep. Mew.)
I was terrible at sleeping last night. I hurt my hip and I'm trying to actually let it heal before I start MankoFit's 30 day eat clean and train dirty challenge. Not working out means not being tired means being unable to sleep and blogging at 1:30AM.
