Whew! Well I just finished up my workout for the day and boy let me tell you I worked up a sweat. I was going to take it easy today on the strength training and mainly focus on some cardio, and I think that worked out fairly well. I worked out for a total of 50 minutes with a breakdown of about 15-20 strength training and 30 minutes or so of cardio. All in all I am happy with it, and I feel pretty good all things considered.
On a side note. . .I guess something I have learned over the last few weeks that really sticks out to me at the moment is that "fitness" doesn't really mean the same thing to everybody. We all have different priorities and being physically fit might not even be on some peoples radar. I suppose that in the long run it is up to each individual person to determine how bad they want it and what they are willing to do in order to achieve it.
There is a fine line between motivation and annoyance. Sometimes it is hard to walk that line without stepping over. Sometimes all you can do is sit back, let go, and pray for the best.
With that being said, I want to thank my wife, family, and friends who constantly motivate me to better myself not only physically, but in all other aspects of my life. You all are the best!
OFF to the shower I go!!
