Hooray! It's a new day.

I did pretty well yesterday. I'm proud of myself for the healthy decisions I made while grocery shopping.

When I went to bed last night I was at my max calories. UGH! I was still hungry but I grabbed a bottled water and went to sleep.

I'm pretty proud of myself.

This morning I started the day off with lots of protein as suggested by my sparkfriend DJ4HEALTH. I had a scrambled egg, 2 slices of low sodium bacon and I grabbed a handful of almonds which I'll be munching on throughout the morning. And yes, I'm feeling pretty satisfied.

I've picked out a recipe for dinner tonight:

I'm planning another walk this evening when the sun sets.

As for the recipe you picked for dinner, it is DELISH!! I've made it several times, and it's great. I change the veggies, though, to what we like - so I add snow peas, take out mushrooms. Recipe is easy to work like that. :)
