Since I hurt my leg playing soccer Sunday, I've decided to take it easy for the next week. However, I wanted to check my progress so far with Jillian. So after 15 days of Jillian here are my results.
Starting weight 195.0
Current weight 187.0 (- 8 lbs!)
Bust: 40 Inches--- 40 inches (-0)
Waist: 36 Inches--- 35 inches (-1)
Hips 42 inches--- 42 inches (-0)
Thigh: 21.5 inches--- 21 inches (-0.5)
Arm: 14 inches--- 13 inches (-1)
Neck 16 inches--- 14 inches (-2)
Losing two inches on my neck makes me think I didn't measure correctly the first time. Or maybe my neck is just getting really skinny. LOL.
Who knows. But I'm glad I've seen this much progress in only 15 days, because I know it will drive me to continue when I finally feel like my leg is back to 100% to finish the last 15 days.
