I still just can't seem to get out of bed. I think it is either just do it time - or time to change plans. Maybe it's time to think about hitting the gym at another time? or running in the evening?
All I know is something needs to change - cause this hitting snooze for an hour in the morning just isn't working for me. I am tired, cranky, and feeling like a Shluff for not moving.
That and there was a failure to plan for this week!!!!! Where's the plan!
On another note - I just received notice that my new stuff is on it's way! I turned in a bunch of points and a gift certificate on amazon and was able to buy a bunch of stuffola for a little moola. Yeah points (and gifts)!
I am going to try Zaggora's hot pants and hot top - for hopefully some extra calorie burn at the gym (not running!).
and I ordered the BodyMedia CORE armband. (This was really my splurge!) It is suppose to track all my activities through out the entire day!
Hopefully new stuff will help me wrangle that motivation back.
Friday I have a haircut! I have been growing my hair out, and this will be my first cut since May!! It has been a struggle since I am use to a trim up every 6-8 weeks! I am hoping to get away from that by growing it out longer.
I am hoping to have a pony tail by October!! I do miss my short hair - it was so much easier! So we will have to see how it goes.
So plan for the remainder of this week.
Run this evening - even though I won't want to by the time I get home!
Wed: get out of bed and go to gym
Friday: easy walk/ yoga
Saturday: long run - 3 miles this week
The challenge is going to be working in installing a new floor and painting a room and hallway this weekend!! Hmm - I might have to look at taking a day or two off. But painting is dependent on the contractor finishing up the drywall - it may or may not be ready by this weekend.
