Day 20 - Start as you mean to go

If I start the day in a mindful manner with patience and calm, the rest of the day will follow. If I start in a rush with a sugary breakfast, things are much harder to get on track.
So I'm going to focus my efforts on making the best start to my day as possible. This morning was filled with lots of stretching and gentle yoga (I am SO SORE from yesterday's crazy workout), high protein breakfast, and hopefully soon lots and lots of water.
I also packed a great lunch! It's the late afternoon that always gets me. Boredom and procrastination makes my Tuesdays a snack-filled afternoon. Today I'm going to drink water and find fun productive tasks at work to keep me entertained.
My new focus on the morning feels manageable and exciting!
