Spark Coach task today is to blog about people who sabatogue your weight loss efforts. Honestly, it would be soooo much easier to blame someone else for my failures, missteps, poor decisions......but let's get real. I am responsible for my own weight loss and healthy choices and exercise plans. So, how do I overcome my own, self imposed barriers. Better self talk, I think I need to journal more and keep better track of what I eat. And.......stop "rewarding" myself for having a good day or making a good choice with food.
