We will be leaving for Colorado on Monday morning, so we have a lot of odds and ends to tie up this week.
We will be putting our fitness center membership on hold for the month of August so tomorrow will be my last class.
My goal for this week will be to do Spark Videos to make up for the classes I will be missing on Thursday and Friday.
Normally our routine starts to fall apart the week before we leave: meals get weird and less balanced as we eat down the perishables in the fridge. Workouts get skipped as the list of things to do hits critical mass.
So I'm trying to be more prepared and not let that happen: I have a "to do" list for every day between now and Sunday, and at the top of each day is the workout I plan to do! I CAN DO THIS!
I checked out the Spark exercise DVD I got when I joined SparkCoach -- it's called Fit, Firm, and Fired Up. It has 7 different 10-minute workouts. The ones I've viewed so far use either a mat or handweights, so I'm pretty sure I'll be able to do the workout in the limited space we have in our trailer.
Now, if I can only find the motivation to actually *DO* it in the trailer....
On a related note, I'm down 2 pounds for the week so only 14 pounds until I hit my goal. I'm determined that I will continue to lose weight while we are on vacation, which is certainly not my usual pattern.
