Okay - so I guess I kind of knew this, but now it is official. Five days of tennis - even if I play for 90 minutes, is NOT equal to five days of zumba at 60 minutes. At this point in my life, I truly need the 60 minutes of non-stop movement that zumba offers to keep my weight in control. I joined a fitness club and (since I largely swapped my zumba for tennis) GAINED 5 pounds!!!
However I am back on track and have committed to: The 4-Week 'Back On Track' Challenge!!
I am grateful to be a part of this awesome Spark community where I can find support when I most need it.
