I feel sick though I am sure its weather and lack of sleep . I have been stressed and during that I have found a new love for long distance walking,
August I will be trying to find the balance . I planned out my workouts for next month . Currently still working on my meals . For the most part my food intake has taken a great 360 but with all things it could still be improved.
I am going to be focused on eating clean as much as possible. That will be a challenge in making my foods a bit more healthier .
My goal for next month is to drop 4 pounds for the month . Doable I am sure .

The storm is on the watch , mother nature you just never know . Today I was told to stay home from work and I dont ever remember that happening . It is crazy humid right now . I had a workout today its about 40 mins long and I am not sure if the sweat I was dripping bc i was working hard or bc of the hot weather ...
anyways I hope everybody has a great week , I hope the weather is decent tomorrow for me to get in a good 3 mile walk .. So far I am just focused on distance but to improve my pace would be great too
