Final Results from IM experiment

Monday, July 29, 2013

I would say that IM really works if you do it well. I did turn down food when I had a good time Imaging , but I do have ADD hahaha so that happened ONCE ! I even bought one of those alarm clocks that have the nature sounds so I could lay in bed in the dark and listeng, except I only liked the ocean , one was frogs , now mind you I love frogs .. but there must have been over a hundred frogs on this recording ! Not only mind you nice musical frogs but BULL FROGS ! Have you ever heard a Bull frog ? Not exactly sleep inducing , Whaaaaaaaaa Whaaaaaaaa ! They sound like a fog horn , which just made me wonder whats a fog horn doing in the middle of all these frogs ? See how ADD works ! lol. The third one was Birds , Not just a few melodic birds but screeching , squawking birds ! I felt like I was in an Alfred Hitchcock movie ! Number 4 was windchimes... Which was fine until I listened for a bit and I kept thinking it sounded like someone whispering ... Pick up the phone, pick up the phone ... So I just play the Ocean one , Which is okay but the sea gulls dont drift off , like they are in flight .. it just gives like a 10 second bunch of sea gulls crying and then ocean waves then the sea gulls are back again saying the same thing ! lol So I will work on this Imaging , I have a very good picture in my mind, Its happy healthy and morally acceptable Intention so I am feeling no qualms about trying to put it in to my mind! Over all I would recommend anyone to try it , just make sure its a positive thought because we dont want bad karma :)

Fun to experiment. Entertaining in a way, if nothing else. Maybe you should try to set up your experiment a little differently and try again?
