Hard workout - GOOD day

My son Ed was still not feeling well today so I took him to the doctor and he either has a UTI or a bladder infection or something else that MIGHT show up in the lab work. They started him on an antibiotic, applauded our use of cranberry supplements and said they were probably to only reason he felt well enough to drive into the office instead of needing an ambulance - guess Moms sometimes know SOMETHING.
I went to the pool and spent 7 hours exercising pretty hard. Thursday is the day I change my ticker and ALSO the day for my 3 month fitness assessment. I am really trying hard to get a good assessment. Also, school stuff starts next week and then for me school starts on the 14th. I have classes I must attend on the 7th, 9th, and then every day from the 14th on. So, I am feeling like summer is nearly over for me and my goal for greatly improved fitness will have to be accomplished before school starts back up. I am feeling like time is running out.
I intend to keep up doing my best even after school starts back up but will NOT be able to do nearly as many hours of hard work as I am now.
I am going to say good night. I am doing a one week challenge that is to NOT COMPLAIN (whine, gripe, or &itch) for an entire week. It has not been easy today, but since Ed went to bed sick, it got a lot easier.
