I did not sleep well last night. It was cool, but I was too hot. I finally got up and had some ice water thinking that I was dehydrated. That did not work. It is so frustrating.
I love to watch Dr. Oz, and his show today was about sleep issues. I did not realize that turning on bright lights before bed could disturb my sleep rhythm. That is why televisions should not be in bedrooms. Lights from alarm clocks can disturb sleep.
As I listened to his show, I realized tht I do not have a normal sleep routine. I do not prepare myself for sleep. I need to get into a regular pattern.
On weekends, I am not supposed to sleep extra hours. It only takes 2 days to change sleep patterns....
Wowd..I have a lot to learn about sleep.
