One week later

I have a couple of things to change after this week of consistency but so far I'm doing great
Healthy Eating Goals
I will eat 5-9 servings of freggies a day
I will eat Salmon once a week and some other fish once a week -We ate Steelhead which turns out to be part of the rainbow trout family. The internet says it is similiar in nutrition benefits so I'm saying
I will eat breakfast every day
I will continue my progression of pairs of sun salutations until I'm doing 5 -pairs a morning and 3 minutes of plank. (I'm doing 2 pairs a day this week with 60 timed seconds of plank a day)
3 pairs of SS- 93 seconds of plank
I will continue to walk briskly (4 min miles) every day (at least 45 minutes)
Made it to an hour on 4 days. Really enjoying my new Runkeeper ap.
I'll visit my 5% team page, huddle andvisit a couple of member blogs or pages a day
I'll post my fitness and LTGL points on time every day and my weight every week.
I feel great. I'll have to be careful to keep my weight up in my range.
