Well, this is my second day back. I am still struggling though, but I am determined to stick with it this time. I am staying at home with my two kids now and babysitting two little girls as well. It is a juggling act to find time to exerise with all these kids. When the older three are napping, my infant son is awake. He is ALL about his mommy too, so exercising with him is difficult.
However, after I wrote my blog yesterday, I went for a two mile walk before anyone got up in the house. It felt nice. I was going to do it this morning, but my alarm clock didn't go off. I am hoping to do this every morning. I have my alarm clock set at 5, so I can squeeze in exercise in the morning. My husband is going to let me go for a walk when he gets off work and the girls I am watching go home, since I didn't get to this morniing. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband that will help and encourage me to lose the weight.
We set a personal goal of me getting below two hundred before our daughter's fourth birthday, which isn't until April 23rd next year. I believe this is COMPLETELY reasonable as a goal. I want to be WAY below two hundred by then, but I am happy with an weight lose.
