Tabata + Endurance

This morning's WOD was a fun one: Tabata This!

Tabata This

For total reps:

Tabata Row
Rest one minute
Tabata Squat
Rest one minute
Tabata Pull-ups
Rest one minute
Tabata Push-ups
Rest one minute
Tabata Sit-ups

We were short one rower, so some of us (including myself) started on the squats and did the row last. My total was 340. I think it was broken down like this:
Squats: 116
Pull-ups: 50
Push-ups: 62
Sit ups: 85
Row: 27 calories

I did the push-ups on my toes, but they got wormy pretty quickly. I used a purple + small red band for the pull-ups. Those were definitely the hardest!

I just got done with my second endurance WOD (I only did one last week because my knee was bothering me after the WOD from hell).

2 x 800m, 2:00 rest in between.

I'm pretty sure I ended up resting a little longer than that (I ended up having to go to the bathroom in between). The first one wasn't too bad, but I spent the entire last run contemplating quitting. But I didn't!

1: 802.27 meters, 3:52.81
2. 800.85 meters, 4:04.24

    I LOVED Tabata This! Next time, I'm getting over 300. That's my goal.

Awesome job on the endurance WOD. I heard in track they call 800m sprints "running to your death". LOL. We ran 1000m last night and I did not like it :) I hope the endurance WODs work for you!

    I have a question... on the "tabata"... what was the tabata time? how much time were you given for the squats, for example?
