My weigh in for my group challenge was this morning, and I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I would see either 0 lost or a gain. Suprisingly, I showed a 0.5lb loss!! WOOHOO! Its been a hectic two weeks since my last weigh in so I knew I would be hard pressed to show any progress. Guess my working out this weekend did it - rode my new bike (used, but new to me) Saturday and Sunday, two times with the whole family and once by myself (did 13 miles in 75 minutes). A little sore from the biking - will need to get some padded biking shorts lol
Worth it - DEFINITELY!!
