I have been (sort of) working on losing weight and being more active for about a year now but I have not seen the kind of progress I've been hoping for. I think the reason is because I am not able to keep consistent, I "cheat" a lot and make excuses or ignore it, and I believe I am simply not dedicated enough to it. I am aware that one has to be committed when they want to change their lifestyles and I am not motivated enough to move myself completely to it. I weighed and measured myself today and I have absolutely no changes. I have been the same size for years and I know if I really want a change, I am going to work much harder. Therefore, I am going to begin to make small changes in my life in order to turn these changes into lifestyles and eventually I will work harder and harder. Maybe eventually I will begin to see changes and that might just be the motivation I need to keep going all the way.
